Booking & Deposits
To help us manage our schedule and reduce no-shows, a 50% deposit may be required for certain treatments at the time of booking. This will be communicated in advance and can be paid securely via a payment link.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that life happens. You’re welcome to cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 12 hours before your booking. Cancellations or changes made less than 12 hours in advance may result in a forfeited deposit.
Studio Etiquette – Photos & Social Media
To respect the privacy and comfort of all clients and therapists, photos and videos are not permitted inside the treatment areas. We also kindly ask that no content from the studio is posted on social media without prior consent.
